Im making a brief comeback in order to present the Iconic Barbie X Smart Doll collaboration along side Beth Ramsden, Magicalgirl Kitcat, and My Lady Disdain! We each chose an iconic barbie doll to use as inspiration to transform our Smart Dolls!
I chose to recreate a look from the Barbie X Balmain collection! Not only was it my favorite dress but it's also worn by Barbie in one of the first three Barbie NFTs created by Mattel for this collection! Fun fact: The highest bidders will get a replica doll corresponding to the NFT they bought!

I like how you sewed the shoulder seams. I have never liked the directions to sew them by hand with both pieces right side out. It can be very bulky and messy if not done perfectly

Have you thought about putting smart doll on the sleeve instead of the back? And then on the other sleep with the stars or put stars on one sleeve the chest and then the other sleeve

I just got my first bjd a few weeks ago and wanted more dresses and shirts for her, but I don't have a sewing machine. So I decided to just knit her clothes. She has a cute knitted top and I'm knitting a cute dress for her now. Your style is so cool❤

Thank you! It’s a very old Husqvarna Viking embroidery sewing machine from the early 2000s! It was gifted to me so I don’t know much about it but I’m convinced it’s discontinued since it uses floppy disks to read the embroidery files
